Who We Are

We are bridging the gap for individuals and families in crisis, especially the marginalized, by providing holistic support, essential services, and opportunities for a better future.

We believe every person deserves dignity, stability, and the chance to thrive, regardless of background, income, or personal struggle. That’s why we walk alongside refugees, seniors, people with disabilities, those battling addiction, the homeless, single mothers, troubled youth, individuals facing mental health challenges, and those suffering from hoarding disorders—offering care without judgment and support without condition.

Our comprehensive services include:

  • Affordable housing support

  • Financial assistance and grants

  • A community food pantry serving hundreds of families

  • ESL and adult literacy classes

  • Budgeting and financial literacy courses

  • Job-readiness and pre-employment transition training

For migrants and asylum seekers, we offer translation services, document preparation, and pathways to secure housing and resources to help them transition with dignity and stability.

We’ve partnered with the Chicago Furniture Bank to help newly housed individuals and families furnish their apartments, transforming empty units into welcoming homes filled with hope and comfort.

Our facility is also home to:

  • CityLine Closet, offering free clothing for all ages

  • A pro bono legal clinic, providing civil legal aid regardless of income

These programs are made possible through the support of local businesses, faithful volunteers, and generous donors, working together to create lasting change for those who are often overlooked or forgotten.

At CityLine Care Center, we champion the forgotten, uplift the vulnerable, and build a community where everyone has the support they need to reclaim their dignity and rebuild their lives.

Our Mission

CityLine Care Center exists to honor God by Compassionately meeting practical needs, connecting resources to those underserved, and equipping our neighbors to flourish all while sharing Christ’s love through dignified services.
